About the Role
We are looking for an SMM & Community Manager to grow the cTrader community and transform external trader attention into audience growth, paid community subscribers, and traffic for brokers offering cTrader.
In this role, you will combine social media management, community building, creator collaborations, guerrilla marketing, paid social growth, content production, and performance analysis. You will work closely with marketing, content, and video production teams to strengthen cTrader's presence across trader communities and social platforms.

Responsibilities
- Grow the cTrader community across social media, external communities, and paid community channels.
- Identify relevant trader communities, creators, community admins, and micro-influencers.
- Build cTrader's presence within external communities through valuable engagement rather than direct advertising.
- Create and publish trader-focused content across cTrader social media channels.
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate content research, creation, repurposing, and production workflows.
- Transform community discussions, trader questions, objections, and feedback into engaging content ideas.
- Drive users from external communities into cTrader-owned channels and paid community platforms.
- Support conversion from social and community channels to brokers offering cTrader.
- Manage and grow paid social channels.
- Coordinate creator and influencer collaborations.
- Work closely with the video production team by preparing briefs, references, scripts, feedback, and acceptance criteria.
- Review video drafts, request improvements, and approve final deliverables.
- Prepare publishing plans, messaging, CTAs, and review creator-generated content.
- Coordinate paid social experiments focused on community growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including social growth, community growth, engagement rate, traffic, conversions, broker link clicks, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- 2+ years of experience in SMM, Community Management, or Influencer Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Proven experience growing social media channels or online communities.
- Strong understanding of trader communities and major social media platforms.
- Good written English for creating trader-facing content.
- Practical experience using AI tools for content production, research, rewriting, repurposing, and workflow automation.
- Experience with AI video tools, AI avatars, short-form video repurposing, or automated content pipelines.
- Ability to build simple automations for content operations, publishing, reporting, or research.
- Experience working with video production teams or external contractors, including briefing, reviewing, and approving creative assets.
- Experience conducting outreach to creators, influencers, community owners, or administrators.
- Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and performance marketing metrics.
- Experience with social listening and competitor monitoring.
- Ability to work with UTMs, CTR, engagement metrics, conversions, and reporting.
- Independent, proactive, structured, and hands-on approach.
- Understanding of trading, Forex, CFD, or investing communities.
- Experience building and scaling paid communities.
- Experience with creator economy platforms and influencer management.
- Knowledge of community-led growth strategies for fintech or trading products.
