Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, components, and backend services.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define scalable software architecture and engineering best practices.
- Build high-performance, low-latency solutions with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Work closely with QA Engineers to ensure software quality through testing, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.
- Deliver new features according to product requirements, project roadmaps, and development timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Client-Side Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Database Administrators throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java SE and object-oriented programming principles.
- Solid experience with unit testing and software quality practices.
- Experience with multi-threading, including Executors and Locks.
- Good understanding of the Java Collections Framework and its performance characteristics.
- Experience with Spring Web and Spring IoC.
- Experience with TCP/IP networking and socket programming.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience building scalable, high-performance, and low-latency applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Russian language proficiency and English at B1 level or higher.
- Active use of AI tools as part of your daily software development workflow.
- Experience with Netty.
- Experience with Quarkus.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf).
